Any person may request a
wish on behalf of a woman facing a terminal
illness, including the woman herself. Wishes
should reflect the specific desire of the woman
and meet the selection criteria. Requests for
monetary gifts, real estate or automobiles are
generally not able to be granted. Following
receipt of the application packet, a HHW
representative will contact the wish recipient
directly.
Application
process
Theapplication process involves the wish
description, a medical documentation form and the
wish contract. These forms may be printed
directly from the web site and either mailed,
faxed or emailed to Her
Heart's Wish. The Contact Us page
contains the mailing address, FAX number and
email addresses for the wish granting team.
